About A.D Builds

I'm Ashton, owner of A.D Builds LLC. I started A.D Builds with the goal of offering our local community of Middletown Delaware quality contracting services. I have lived in Middletown, Delaware almost all my life, and I still reside in the Middletown area with my two little beautiful daughters, and wonderful wife.

Since starting A.D Builds, we have grown in our contracting service offerings. Beginning as a tile contractor we are now offer full service general contracting, handling remodels from start to finish. A.D Builds is a custom remodeling company specializing in residential construction services in Middletown Delaware, including kitchen and bath renovations, basement finishing, and more. We are also one of the very few contractors in the state of Delaware that specialize in porcelain panel installations. Large format porcelain panel tiles offer maintenance free beauty for many applications throughout the home. We have great relationships with subcontractors throughout the state and I believe our work, and continued customer satisfaction speaks for itself. We look forward to working with you.
